1.General provisions
1.1.This policy explains how Ortopeddostonbek (the “Provider”, “we”) processes personal data through the ortopeddostonbek.uz website and the Ortopeddostonbek service (the “Service”).
1.2.This policy is based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” and other legislation.
1.3.By submitting forms on the website or signing up for the Service, you confirm that you have read this policy and consent to the processing of your data for the purposes described in it.
2.Data we collect
2.1.We only collect the data needed to run the Service and respond to your requests:
- when you sign up — organization name, administrator name, email address and password (the password is never stored in plain text, only as an irreversible hash);
- through the contact form — name, email, phone number, company name and message text;
- when you use the Service — account and team settings, plan, subscription and payment history;
- technical data — IP address, browser and device type, sign-in time (for security and abuse prevention; for the contact form, the IP address is stored only as a hash, not in plain form);
- the text of questions typed into the question box on the home page.
3.Data entered into the Service
3.1.The Customer (the organization using the Service) enters data about its own clients, partners and employees into the Service: contacts, deals, correspondence, calls and their recordings, documents.
3.2.The Customer owns this data. The Provider processes it only on the Customer's instructions and to provide the Service; we do not use it for our own purposes and do not sell it.
3.3.The Customer is responsible for having a lawful basis (including the consent of data subjects) for collecting and processing this data.
4.How we use data
4.1.We use data to:
- create accounts, provide access to the Service and deliver it;
- respond to requests and provide technical support;
- issue invoices and payment documents and record payments;
- keep the Service secure and prevent unauthorized access and abuse;
- notify you about important changes to the Service, your subscription term and payments;
- comply with legal obligations.
4.2.We do not sell your data or share it for third-party advertising.
5.Consent and withdrawal
5.1.We process data on the basis of your consent, the need to perform the contract for the Service and legal requirements.
5.2.Consent is given electronically by submitting a form or signing up.
5.3.You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@ortopeddostonbek.uz. Without the data required to provide the Service, it may no longer be possible to use your account.
7.Storage and protection
7.1.Data is stored in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the requirements on where citizens' personal data is stored.
7.2.We take organizational and technical measures to protect data: connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored as hashes, integration keys are encrypted and access to data is limited by staff permissions.
7.3.Data is kept while the account is active and afterwards for the period required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Contact form requests are kept for as long as needed to review and answer them.
9.Your rights
9.1.You have the right to:
- receive information about how your data is processed;
- request correction of inaccurate or outdated data;
- request deletion of your data or an end to its processing, where provided by law;
- withdraw your consent;
- complain to the competent government authority or a court if you believe your rights have been violated.
9.2.Send requests to info@ortopeddostonbek.uz — we will reply within the time limits set by law.
10.Changes to this policy
10.1.We may update this policy. A new version takes effect on the day it is published on this page; the date of the current version is shown at the top of the page.
10.2.We will notify you of significant changes in advance in the Service or by email.
